Terms & Conditions
Please review our terms of service;
1. All photos are the intellectual property of Royal Cambrie and Polar Drops Photography. Any use of any photos or other intellectual property from Royal Cambrie must strictly be done with our permission only. Permission is given at our discretion. Failure to get permission could result in termination of any future business or legal action.
2. Royal Cambrie has the right to change any information on the website at any time without notice; including, prices, shipping services, terms of service, etc.
3. Any request for refund before product(s) are shipped will be processed for full amount originally paid and in the same manner (same credit card). Any refunds requested after the product(s) have been shipped are to be returned at the cost of the customer. Royal Cambrie does not reimburse for return shipping.
4. All purchases are required to be made by the cardholder. At no time should a credit card be used without the cardholders knowledge and permission.
5. Any questions or concerns should be directed to royalcambrie@gmail.com, and will be responded to in a timely fashion.
Privacy Policy
To ensure our customers privacy and piece of mind, please review the following;
1. We only ask for information that is required to process and ship any products that have been purchased. Name, address, etc. is required to ship and customer's e-mail is required for invoice, shipping details (tracking number, etc.) or for returns.
2. We do not share information to other companies unless required and authorized. When a purchase is made you have agreed that Royal Cambrie shares your name and address with Canada Post for shipping purposes. Likewise, all credit card information is processed through Stripe, once a purchase is made, the customer agrees Stripe uses the information given to process the purchase. Any questions about privacy policies through Canada Post or Stripe can be answered through their websites, respectively.
3. Any social media posts or use of the hashtag #royalcambrie is at the discretion of the person who posts it. Any privacy breach or concerns are with the person(s) who post, and not with Royal Cambrie.
