Shipping Methods

At Royal Cambrie, we ship through Canada Post. All packages are sent through regular mail service, and should be delivered within 1-6 business days depending on the distance from origin, Toronto. Most packages being delivered in the GTA or Southern Ontario, will be received within 2-3 days. If required, customers can choose to upgrade to xpresspost for an additional fee, which will include 1-2 day delivery. Both shipping methods have online tracking and delivery information. Smaller orders are sent in a cute, pink shipping envelopes, and larger orders are sent in an appropriate sized box. All sun hats, gift wrapped or fragile items will automatically be sent in a small box.

Shipping to the USA, will have a $7 flat rate with an additional charge of $0.50 per item purchased. This means all larger orders will be upgraded from pink shipping envelopes to boxes, free of charge. Shipping times vary, depending on the state, closer states could be over a week, further states will take longer. A tracking number is e-mailed after every purchase which includes an estimated time.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Basic Returns:

Not the right size? Don’t worry, little ones grow faster than we are ready for!

Returns and exchanges are now easier. Every clothing order will now be sent with a small shipping bag. If you need to do a return, please email us or use the convenient message section in our Contact page, and we will send you an email with a QR code and a downloadable label for the return envelope. Here’s what to do with both options;

1) The downloadable label can be printed at home, taped to the envelope and dropped off at any Canada Post across Canada. You will not have to pay.

2) No printer? No problem, the QR code in the email can be brought to any Canada Post and the label can be printed and attached to the package there. Again, you will not have to pay.

Please note that any returned merchandise must be unworn and unsoiled. Original shipping cost of any order will not be refunded, only the amount of money paid for each specific returned item. All refunds will be processed in the same manner of which you paid, once the returned merchandise is physically received by Royal Cambrie. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process, however they usually don’t take that long.

Keep the Box! If you have made a large order and it was sent in a box, we ask that you keep the box until you know that no merchandise will need to be returned. This is because if you need to do a large return, it can be sent back in the same box.

*Please fold the clothing and press out all the air in the return bag, that will make it a lot easier to fit the items and be able to fully seal it. Let’s make the package as small as possible.

*ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Accessory Returns:

Typically accessories are not returned; however, if you are unsure of an item when you purchase it and think you may need to return it ( i.e. not the right colour for a wedding, child’s hair is too thin for a bow clip, etc.) please let us know AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE through the message section in Contact, and we will send a small return accessory bag with your order, just in case. Otherwise, all orders not including clothing will NOT be sent with a return bag.

I’ve Got an Issue:

1) Oops! We forgot the bag!

Unfortunately, accidents happen. If you did not receive a return bag in your order, let us know. We can mail you one right away or if you have your own, feel free to use it.

2) It won’t fit!

If your return merchandise does not fit in the return bag, first try to fold it in different ways and press the air out. Still not fitting? Let us know and we can mail you an extra one. If your order was sent in a box, just use the same box to do the return.

3) This was a Gift!

Don’t worry, it won’t make a difference. If a gift was sent to you and you were not the same person who paid, you can still do the return in the same manner. If the package was mailed directly to you, we will already have your address and name on file, but we will require a phone number and working e-mail. If the items were not directly mailed to you (i.e. a hand delivered gift), we will then require the order number from the original purchaser, and your name, address, phone number and e-mail. In both cases, any money will be refunded in the same manner of purchase to the original purchaser.
